Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee. 50% will be charged 48 hours before cancelled. If you proceed to not show to your appointment at all 100% of the service price will be charged If a client consultation is cancelled more than 3 times, a fee of 15$ will be required, cancellation of a consultation puts a gap where another client could’ve been booked!🙂 The complete look by Christy is also a non refundable business, satisfaction is a big deal in my chair & I will be sure you leave happy, if any adjustments are needed I will be happy to do so, free at cost!
